      Administration and Finance is dedicated to effectively and responsibly planning, managing, and accounting for Massport’s financial resources. We strive to support the Authority’s overarching mission by maintaining exemplary standards of excellence, fostering financial sustainability, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial operations. Leveraging meticulous planning, efficient management, and accurate reporting, we employ data analytics and forecasting to drive informed decision-making. Through collaboration with our operating departments, we aim to empower sustained growth and success of the Authority, while contributing to the economic vitality of the region and the fulfillment of our stakeholders’ expectations.


      As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you possess a deep understanding of public sector procurement, sustainability, and diversity. With strong project management and analytical skills, you oversee the entire procurement process while promoting Minority/Women’s Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and other diverse vendors. Your commitment to building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, along with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, contribute to successful procurements. You also excel in record-keeping, reporting, and trend analysis, ultimately working to implement sustainable and NetZero initiatives, while informing policy improvements for a more efficient and inclusive procurement process.

      What you will do:

      • Identifies business needs and coordinates procurement activities, promoting diversity in vendor selection.
      • Manages the full procurement process, from RFPs to contract awards and record-keeping.
      • Oversees service agreements, ensuring timely execution and payment.
      • Communicates with stakeholders and analyzes data to improve procurement efficiency and transparency.
      • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or equivalent related work experience
      • 3-5 years relevant purchasing experience.
      • Knowledge of e-Procurement methods and procedures.
      • Experience in analyzing and interpreting RFP responses; data analysis.
