      Inviting applications for the role of Senior Procurement Coordinator – Senior Process Associate – English - Remote Budapest


      In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Sourcing/Procurement processes related to PS Parts Sourcing Operations. This role will solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals. A key element of this position will be to manage PO creations and activities required for documentation collection, including data uploads, document collection, manual transaction creation in ERP and historical analysis of transactions.
      Responsibilities
      • Manage planned orders and purchase requisitions generated by the ERP system and convert them to purchase orders in time to the proper vendor and with the proper cost and conditions.
      • Review the best cost and fulfillment supply chain options and place a purchase order to the best source to support on-time delivery of the qualified product for short cycled customer demands.
      • Interfacing / coordinating with Strategic Sourcing Team, Supply Chain Specialists, and Buyers to create purchase orders to the proper supplier.
      • Create purchase orders for forecast and safety stock material according to the release plan.
      • Communicate to Order Management and Engineering Teams regarding Item Master issues.
      • Proactively work on issues causing purchase order placement delay and support additional information collection.
      • Initiate Alternate Supplier Request (ASR) Workflow.
      • Proactively work with Strategic and Non-Global Sourcing Teams on Inflation validation.
      • Proactively work on document collection (TRS documents, Supplier Declarations, and Special Requirement WF-related documents).
      • Work closely with Compliance Engineering Team during the collection of TRS documentation.
      • As domain expertise, Senior SCS drives initiatives, projects regarding process development
      • As Senior SCS participate on Kaizen, VSM, Workout Lean events as expertise, representing the Supply Chain Process
      • As Senior SCS data analysis, report creation is also the part of the work scope
      • Further tasks not included in this Job Description are assigned by the leader/manager verbally or written.

      Qualifications we seek in you!
      Minimum qualifications
      • College or University degree (advantage if economic or technical)
      • Relevant professional experience (mainly in procurement)
      • Excellent English communication skills - oral and writing
      • Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel knowledge required)
      • Integrated management systems, Oracle ERP system, or other analytical software are advantages.
      • communicate effectively and be able to solve problems
      • Ability to prioritize and analyze
      • Be precise and organized. Proactive and independent, but also enjoy working with colleagues, even members of other cross-functional teams
