What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead large integrated projects including broadcast, social content, stills, animation, and digital
- Mentor junior talent and share production experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years agency experience as a Producer
- Expertise in Content, Digital, or Experiential production
- Demonstrated experience with large productions (>1mil)
- Curiosity and willingness to take on challenging projects
- Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish proficiency
- Experience in producing projects exceeding $1 million
