      User experience (UX) is at the forefront of how we create intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that people love. We conduct research with real users to learn and understand their goals, behavior, emotions, cognitive models and expectations to inform product strategy and guide the design of the experiences we create for them to ensure they fit like a glove.

      Our multi-disciplinary team include designers, researchers, content strategists, Digital Analyst and engineers who are passionate about user needs, usability, quality and performance. We collaborate closely with Tribes Leads & Tech Leads, and all of the other roles required solve complex challenges and craft powerful experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities and personalities.

      As one of our Senior Product Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include leading analysis based on Google Analytics/Content Square data to help improve our digital products. You will also have the ability to codesign, launch & monitor performance from AB Tests. A successful Digital Analyst will showcase Google Analytics, Content Square & Advanced Analysis mastering, an ability to build a story to help stakeholders take the most from the insights you provide.

      Reports to:

      Head of Product Analytics & OKRs Digital Factory

      You will:

      • Help the Tribes to define their OKRs, monitor their performance Vs KRs targets and use properly this framework to prioritize their roadmap;
      • Define KPIs/PIs and associated targets for each project in collaboration with Product Owners;
      • Deliver analysis and provide insights to improve the products in your scope;
      • Work closely with UX Researchers to take into account the voice of the customer;
      • Work with UX Designers to provide information to optimize the products ;
      • Setup AB tests to validate the optimization defined with UX Designers;
      • Supervise less senior Digital Analyst and help them learn and grow;
      • Evangelize about data topics in the company including training of the stakeholders;

      Qualifications


      • Master’s Degree in Media Technology, Economics, IT or statistics;
      • 4+ years experience as Digital Analyst;
      • Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS;
      • Google Analytics Individual Qualification;
      • Content Square Certification;
      • Provide training on the Data & Analytics products in an international context;
      • Certification on an AB Testing tool (ideally Optimizely) or at least knowledge on AB Testing;
      • Knowledge on Bigquery/SQL would be considered as an asset;
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects;
      • Familiarity with UX/Usability research and methods would be considered an asset;
      • Experience working in a diverse global international context supporting Analytics projects;
      • Fluent in French and working proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing). Languages other than English and French would be considered an asset.
