      The Role

      We are looking for a passionate and seasoned Product Analyst to build next generation digital products and business intelligence solutions for our Marketing & Sales business stakeholders. The candidate would be required to understand and gather the product requirements, prioritize the backlog and drive the execution along with a team of software developers to meet the business needs. The candidate should be able to own and be responsible for the complete product life cycle management.

      Marketing & Sales/ Customer experience in automotive domain is a must.

      Exposure to Intelligent Mobility and Product Planning is a plus

      Responsibilities:

      Senior Product Analyst will own, optimize and maintain the product backlog and roadmap.

      The primary responsibilities include:

      • Should own product roadmap with excellent requirement analysis and prioritization skills
      • Willing to take ownership of the product on both strategic and tactical fronts
      • Responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and business requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with software development and global business teams for delivering product goals
      • Responsible for planning and execution of product deliverables throughout the Product Lifecycle
      • Ability to hold functional responsibilities of multiple but related products in parallel
      • Translate business requirements into development user stories for developers to start building the product
      • Contribute towards CapEx/ OpEx estimations and resource allocations (Good to have)

      Skills and Qualifications:

      The ideal candidate should have worked on end-to-end delivery of at least two digital transformation products (preferably in automotive Marketing & Sales/ CX) in the past with good understanding of Agile development practices

      The candidate should have the following skills sets:

      • Automotive industry knowledge with exposure to Automotive Retail & Customer Experience
      • Excellent understanding of Auto Dealership Business/ IT processes, & associated KPIs: for New Car Sales, Trade-Ins, and Service
      • Key understanding of digital touchpoints in the end-to-end customer journey with a direct bearing on Customer Experience (CX)
      • Clear view on the digital future of auto retail and the associated buying experience
      • Understanding of Marketing/Sales KPIs critical to OEM Business: viz. Inventory, Offtakes, VMEs, Dealer Incentives, Market Share, and Profitability, etc.
      • 6+ years of relevant experience as listed above
      • Excellent stakeholder management skills
      • Should have excellent communication skills to handle global stakeholders across multiple regions (Japan, North America and Europe)
      • Ability to engage with the Business, Architecture/ Solution teams in a healthy manner to drive product evolution
      • Execute projects in Agile methodology and should be hands-on with scrum development process
      • Ability to mentor fellow Product & Developer teams to innovate, learn and perform by fostering a collaborative work culture
