      As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Consumer & Community Banking, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring stable and scalable product delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish key relationships, and facilitate continuous value delivery through the product.
      Job responsibilities
      • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
      • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
      • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
      • Build relationships with APO/PO and technical teams to understand release scope
      • Procure and condition test data
      • Report defects and retesting fixes
      • Assist with production validation following release deployments
      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
      • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
      • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
      • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
      • Experience in product deployment processes
      • Experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role with hands-on knowledge of SDLC principles, agile development environment and Quality Assurance methodologies/best practices and/or BB Application knowledge
      • Experience working in an Agile environment and methodologies with Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and Testing methodologies/best practices
      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
      • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
      • Functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber)
      • Databases such as SQL Server
