- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Build relationships with APO/PO and technical teams to understand release scope
- Procure and condition test data
- Report defects and retesting fixes
- Assist with production validation following release deployments
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role with hands-on knowledge of SDLC principles, agile development environment and Quality Assurance methodologies/best practices and/or BB Application knowledge
- Experience working in an Agile environment and methodologies with Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and Testing methodologies/best practices
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber)
- Databases such as SQL Server
