      How you’ll make an impact:

      As a Senior Product Designer for AdsWizz, you will be able to influence and transform how we create advertising experiences in one of the highest revenue-driving areas for the company. You will support the end-to-end Ad Tools Experience Ecosystem connecting our Publishers, Advertisers, Sales, Client Services, Ad Tech, Studio Resonate creators, and more. This role will engage with our internal and external teams to understand their needs, and design products and workflows to unlock their potential.

      What you’ll do:

      • Owns design discovery and delivery for multiple product areas or a very large, complex area with minimal oversight.

      • Collaborates on end-to-end delivery of a specific project including discovery, design, testing, and reviews.

      • Presents cross-functionally to achieve alignment and final approval.

      • Can guide junior designers on projects.

      • Participates in hiring panels, and 1:1 interviews of candidates.

      • Understands context and has built domain knowledge.

      • Assesses critical design feedback (e.g. cross-team reviews). Drive decisions around what to incorporate and not incorporate with rationale.

      • Clearly communicates decisions made with Insights derived through the design process.

      • Can identify what data and methods are needed to make insights-driven design decisions and that move projects forward.

      • Proactive outreach to PM, research, and analytics teams to get insights.

      • Connect and use research and analysis from other projects to drive current work.

      • Works within current scope constraints while keeping in mind scaling of design solutions to address future roadmap.

      • Works with design operations to establish project milestones, and documentation of design decisions.

      • Partner with product design partners and leadership to prioritize post-launch features.

      • Explores multiple solutions, new ideas, and experiments to find the right solution to a problem.

      • Works with the cross-functional design team to understand the end-to-end ad buying ecosystem.

      • Effectively mentors more junior designers, delivering clear and constructive design feedback backed by insights.

      • Evangelizes SiriusXM + Pandora design work across product audiences.

      • Proactively writes, maintains, and presents lean documentation and rationale for features they’ve designed

      What you’ll need:

      • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent work experience

      • 5+ years of Product Design industry experience

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills

      • Has a proven user-centered design workflow that comprises: discovery, design, prototyping, presentation, sharing, and soliciting feedback, influencing key decision-makers, and cross-team collaboration

      • Experience shipping high-quality features and/or tools in a systematic, detail-oriented way

      • Can share a portfolio with clean, usable, straightforward, and delightful designs that demonstrate a detailed process around solving complex problems, an understanding of user-centered design methodologies, and a solid understanding of visual design, typography, color, and hierarchy

      • Experience with design and research methodologies

      • Has a passion for growing and the ability to provide and receive useful and constructive feedback within and outside the product design organization

      • Experience working in SaaS products or application software in a fast-paced environment.

      Bonus Points:

      • Experience working in ad technology

      Technical Skills:

      • Expert knowledge of Figma, and other collaborative design tools

      • Mastery of presentation software such as Figma, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.

      • Experience with Component-based Design Systems, Responsive Design Techniques

      • Experience with Agile and Lean processes and related project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, etc.)
