About Heineken E-business
Our dream at HEINEKEN is to help our customers grow by serving them better, faster and smarter with digital solutions. To do so, we created a brand-new E-Business team that combines a portfolio of solutions and services to meet the needs and solve the pain points of our customers. The HEINEKEN E-Business team is where product teams, Global Sales, Digital & Technology, as well as our Operating Companies work together in an agile way, break through classical silos and adopt new ways of working.
We are currently building and shaping a fairly new internal digital design team and we are looking for someone who is able to bring in their critical thinking, out of the box thinking, share their design passion, creativity and experience.
Your role at HEINEKENAs a Sr. product designer you will be driving projects from beginning to end; ensuring design efforts will meet both customers' needs, business goals and technical feasibility. You like to convince stakeholders of the efficacy of conducting quantitative and qualitative research & meeting design principles. You're able to gather and share the value design brings to the business to grow design visibility and credibility within the org.
You will play an active role as design expert & mentor to others in the team; with the intent to help junior and mid-level designers grow. You're a strong communicator and love to take up on new challenges.
As part of the design team you will be working on one of our e-business products. You will be part of the Loyalty product team - a somewhat new team, ambitious and ready to take off. You will shape the future digital experience of our Global Loyalty Program for our B2B platform and digital products. You will be creating an experience to reward our customers with personalized incentives and experiences that best reflect their interactions with our brand.
