- Collaborate with peers, directs, management and stakeholders to prioritize and plan work based on customer needs and business objectives
- Deliver the design of wireframes, user flows, prototypes and specifications based on a synthesis of business drivers, product requirements, user needs, and technical considerations
- Adhere to project milestones through design delivery and presentation to stakeholders
- Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams
- Develop rapport with partners, gathering feedback and successfully sharing design strategies
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Guide teams to be more customer-centric and innovative in order to deliver outstanding new experiences
- Facilitate productive collaboration with product and technology peers, and other key stakeholders
- Contribute to the establishment of design guidelines and standards
- Champion design integrity through adherence to processes and established best practices
- Identify and assess industry trends and their impact on the company's product design direction
- Participate in the enrichment of the design community within and outside of Wells Fargo
- 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong UX and Visual design skills and command of common design tools, specifically Figma
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to convey design solutions to a broad range of stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shape and drive work independently
- Experience designing effectively within a standards-aligned, Agile design environment
- Experience working with digital design systems, contributing to style guides and delivering digital assets to development teams
- Must be detail oriented, well organized, be able to handle multiple projects, and prioritize different tasks
- Excellent verbal and communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a current online portfolio and CV/resume

About this role:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will work as part of our industry-leading design agency focused on the Money Movement experiences for our Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking clients. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design skills (design thinking, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, user research) and collaborate with product owners, developers, and design peers to create the next generation of our payments and receivables digital experiences. Key responsibilities will include crafting and delivering artifacts, engaging with customers, and research partners to connect experience insights with design outcomes.
