      Fiserv is looking for a Product Designer who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and takes ownership of their projects from start to finish. This role requires a Product Designer/ UX/UI designer who is hands-on and collaborative—working with different team members from product to engineers to achieve business goals, while delivering an intuitive user experience for our clients and end users.

      To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. You will need to ideate on design solutions based around what our customers love and where they feel pain points. This role will require you to provide quantitative and qualitative data to support your design thinking. Ultimately, you’ll deliver human centered design solutions that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

      Responsibilities:

      • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
      • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, design wireframes, user flow diagrams and site architecture maps
      • Design graphic user interface elements, and develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
      • Understand the goals, business requirements and constraints for the project
      • Help to translate business requirements into user stories
      • Create and test interactive prototypes in Figma
      • Manage and maintain the product Design system
      • Apply knowledge of atomic design principles into the design process
      • Prepare, present and effectively communicate lo/high fidelity comps to internal teams and key stakeholders

      Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
      • Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques and fluent in user centered design best practices.
      • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or 5+ years equivalent professional experience
      • Highly developed design skills demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work, including with web/mobile applications.
      • Full working knowledge of Figma
      • Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
      • Ability to gather feedback from users and subject manage experts to take into consideration for UX/UI design
      • Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data
      • Must be able to work quickly and collaboratively to share and receive feedback from team members (No EGO’s)
      • Experience with having worked on SaaS products (agency experience a plus but not required)

      Good to have:

      • Experience/ understanding of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign and illustrator)
      • Experience in user research, developing user personas and usability testing i.e. Maze

      Salary Range

      $96,200.00 - $164,900.00

      These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
