As a senior product leader, you will be responsible for portfolio and program management, execution of product strategy and roadmap, spearheading various corporate initiatives and supporting digital enablement for our customers and partners. You are geared to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where ambiguity is a constant and you need to exercise autonomy to drive product innovation and make strategic decisions. More specifically, you will be required to:

      • Lead the annual budget and forecast of key performance indicators; Monitor product performance and success metrics to support continuous improvements. Utilize data and feedback to improve product management practices

      • •Provide visibility into key workstreams and programs, inclusive of P&L details. Pipeline, roadmap, risks assessments

      • Lifecycle management strategies and support execution

      • Manage the regulatory and compliance framework for our clients and customers; liaise with legal and finance teams

      • Work with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, design, risk, marketing, compliance) to ensure seamless product execution and delivery

      • Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with stakeholders to refine requirements

      • Interact effectively with senior leaders both internally and externally, presenting insights and strategies that drive our company’s objectives

      • Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and senior leadership

      • Monitor industry trends in credit cards and payments, digital and technological transformations

      • Drive change management, communication and engagement across cross-functional teams and business line leaders

      What you bring to the table

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field

      • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience

      • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

      • Experienced professional capable of making strategic business decisions and navigating challenging discussions

      • Experience in delivering presentations to clients, partners and senior leadership teams

      • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec

      • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

      • Advanced knowledge of the credit card and payments industry

      • Advanced knowledge interpreting complex regulations and translate them into actionable guidance
