      GRAIL is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the in-market Galleri product.


      You will be responsible for managing the Galleri test product, including a focus on driving product enhancements and sustaining activities for phlebotomy services and test ordering. You will be a key member of the Galleri Product Management team, and will be responsible for defining the right product enhancements to enable rapid commercial scale and an enhanced customer experience for patients, PCPs, and health systems. In addition, this role will have the opportunity to define commercial product services/components for additional GRAIL products as they approach commercialization.

      You Will
      • Create and maintain the product roadmap of in-market enhancements of the Galleri test in areas including phlebotomy services and test ordering, and future areas as assigned
      • Lead cross-functional workstreams to align on product strategy and ensure roadmap execution (accountability for success in your product area)
      • Develop strategic rationale, business cases, and product requirements for new product enhancements, including improved workflows and services for patient access to phlebotomy services.
      • Inform product requirements through rigorous collection of feedback from external customers and partners as well as internal customers.
      • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs across commercial channels to support rapid commercial scale of Galleri
      • Manage product support needs, working cross-functionally to understand technical and non-technical roadblocks and gain alignment among R&D, clinical, engineering, regulatory, business development, legal, marketing and senior leadership
      • Develop product key performance indicators, monitor performance data, identify strategies to improve performance, and drive execution
      • Facilitate trade-off analyses and decision making processes through a consensus-based approach; make recommendations to Leadership as needed
      • In partnership with the Commercial Partnerships lead, support management of relationship and performance of key phlebotomy service partners that support the product offering, and support process for evaluation, selection and implementation of new partnership opportunities
      • Create sales and marketing tools and deliver commercial trainings that effectively communicate phlebotomy and test ordering capabilities
      • Understand the market landscape and competition and direct market research to test product concepts and new features


      Your Background Should Include
      • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 + years of work experience or Masters and relevant experience
      • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management in the diagnostics industry or related work industry
      • Understanding of laboratory developed test (LDT) products & services
      • Track record of managing on-market LDT products through significant product enhancements is preferred
      • Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
      • Proven ability using data to develop arguments, summaries and presentations
      • Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time
      • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and negotiate scope, product features, and specifications across the organization
      • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills
      • Willing and able to accommodate domestic travel up to 20%

      The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $124,000 to $155,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.


      Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
