What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product strategy and delivery of the AI Platform, focusing on scalable infrastructure and AI/ML frameworks
- Define and enforce non-functional requirements for AI/ML services to ensure reliability and high availability
- Build systems for efficient collection and integration of human and machine feedback to enhance model quality
- Develop tools and dashboards that support auditability and behavioral evaluation of AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective alignment and delivery of product features

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML platforms or products
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional initiatives involving AI model performance and feedback systems
- Understanding of ML pipelines, model serving, and feedback loop integration
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional company initiatives across multiple departments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of hands-on experience bringing enterprise AI/ML platforms and products to market
- Deep understanding of Responsible AI practices, including explainability and auditing frameworks
- Experience collaborating with R&D teams to implement ML/GenAI capabilities
- Familiarity with user experience design for AI features, including consent flows and control mechanisms
- Previous experience with internal tools for data labeling or model retraining workflows
