      We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product journey u2014 from vision to launch u2014 with a strong focus on delivering business value, meaningful features, and outstanding customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional environments, has a strong customer-centric mindset, and excels at turning complex ideas into impactful product solutions. u00A0

      Key Responsibilitiesu00A0
      • Set the Vision: Define product vision, positioning, and long-term strategy. u00A0
      • Customer Understanding: Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market assessments to deeply understand user needs. u00A0
      • Product Roadmap: Plan, design, and continuously evolve the product roadmap. u00A0
      • Feature Prioritization: Identify , evaluate, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and user value. u00A0
      • Requirement Translation: Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating requirements effectively in both directions. u00A0
      • Metrics & Success: Define and track key success metrics and KPIs. u00A0
      • Design Sprints: Lead design sprints and clearly articulate product requirements to design and development teams. u00A0
      • Production Management: Create and manage production schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables. u00A0
      • Market Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends through competitive analysis and market research. u00A0
      • Team Empowerment: Foster a shared product vision across teams, enabling decentralized and confident decision-making. u00A0
      • Cross -Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with geographically dispersed teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales. u00A0
      • Industry Engagement: Represent the product at tradeshows, conferences, and customer events through demos and presentations. u00A0
      • OTA Integrations & Certifications: Manage and support product integrations and certifications with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) , ensuring alignment with third-party requirements and timelines. u00A0

      Preferred Qualifications u00A0
      • Bacheloru2019s degree in hotel management, co mputer science, engineering or related field. Masters preferred. u00A0
      • 5+ years product management experience, especially in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. u00A0
      • Experience in the hospitality industry , particularly with Central Reservation Systems (CRS) or Channel Managers , is a strong plus. u00A0
      • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering products that meet customer and user needs. u00A0
      • Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS , Jira for requirements gathering and project tracking. u00A0
      • Familiarity with creating UX wireframes or collaborating closely with UX/UI designers. u00A0
      • Strong diplomacy and excellent communication skills u2014 verbal and written u2013 with the ability to present and communicate in front of leadership, customers, and board members. u00A0
      • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. u00A0
      • Strong collaboration and leadership skills . u00A0
      • Comfortable working onsite in-office most of the time. u00A0
      • Travel up to 25%. u00A0
