What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the product development process from inception to launch for small to moderately complex product initiatives
- Own and communicate the product roadmap while collaborating with industry analysts and internal teams
- Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing recommendations for existing and new products
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions and strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product objectives align with market needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Typically a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in business product services or customer/market experience
- Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science, or a combination of training and experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in managing product strategies and business analysis
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating market research and product performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a software development environment or professional services role
- Background in software or IT, including direct software development, testing, or business analysis experience
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on product initiatives
