What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the product development process from initiation to launch, ensuring alignment with project plans for new or existing product initiatives
- Own and communicate a product roadmap, collaborating with teams to prioritize development and market positioning
- Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing models for existing and new products in collaboration with product marketing
- Conduct market research and analyze findings to support product strategies and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product goals and ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager within Banking and/or Financial Services
- Experience in product services and external customer/market interaction
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues and data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 years of Product Management experience specifically within the Fintech industry
