What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead evolution of product roadmap based on customer feedback and market analysis
- Conduct customer development interviews to test hypotheses and prioritize customer needs
- Communicate product vision, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership
- Develop product positioning and lead product pricing strategy
- Deliver thought-leadership presentations at customer and industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, MS/MBA highly desirable
- 10+ years of experience in product management, sales, and/or energy project development
- Deep understanding of smart building technology, HVAC systems, and energy savings measurement methods
- Experience with agile software development tools preferred
- Strong consensus building, conflict resolution, and persuasive skills
