What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define product requirements and align them with company vision, customer needs, and market trends
- Engage with Engineering as a Product Owner to establish product requirements and follow agile software development principles
- Create use cases and detailed product requirements based on real-world applications
- Manage backlog of prioritized features and enhancements according to customer needs and product roadmap
- Identify key KPIs and OKRs, build reports, and analyze data to enhance or develop new features, functionality, and products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of successful project execution
- Familiarity with development methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, and Lean
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present complex solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred
- Experience with product performance monitoring and optimization
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of databases, SQL structures, and web-based technologies
- Previous experience in the supplier and/or promotional products industry
