      Job Summary

        The Senior Product Manager is responsible for devising the product strategy, outlining the product roadmap, and overseeing a team of innovative product owners! They are responsible for creating a production schedule and overseeing the product's creation from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and ultimately product end-of-life. This role will also work on various product roadmaps and backlogs.

        Travel: 10-15%

        Job Responsibilities

        • Evaluate market trends and competitors to find opportunities to improve or develop a product; including settling the timeline to take action and the specific features that the product should possess.
        • This individual delivers the operating plan, the achievement of growth objectives, including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and key customers.
        • Develop user stories and define achievable acceptance criteria.
        • Set sprint goals and define sprint backlogs with the engineering teams.
        • Establish a comprehensive sprint timeline encompassing both the striping process and pivotal feature release landmarks.
        • Stay updated on the progress of work and resolve any issues related to details or information during sprints.
        • Refine our agile methodology based on results and feedback.
        • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and practices.

        Key Skills

        • Excellent project management skills
        • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in Workforce Optimization or Healthcare IT
        • Ability to define testable stories, experience with INVEST and SMART a plus
        • Ability to assist in prioritizing work efforts for all projects and operation work

        Qualifications

          Education & Years of Experience

          • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

          Certifications

          • Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (Preferred)
          • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)

          Additional Experience

          • Consistent commercial experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role within product management
          • Experience implementing and performing SCRUM methodology using modern online tools
          • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
          • Whole implementation project life cycle experience as a Manager with a thorough understanding of the integration between applications
          • Experience working with Cloud Service Providers on a cloud-based platform

          Work Environment / Physical Requirements

          • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
          • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

            Pay Rate

            $113,500 - $134,500 Salary

            Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
