  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Define product vision, strategy, and development of ad data products
  - Manage product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on customer insights
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies and integration
  - Oversee data transformation processes to ensure accuracy for reporting
  - Develop strategies for offering data as a service to stakeholders
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 7+ years of experience in programmatic media and self-service DSPs
  - 5+ years of experience in product strategy or project management
  - 5+ years of experience in conducting data analysis
  - 3+ years of experience managing a team
  - Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Deep understanding of programmatic media
  - Proven experience with self-service platforms and ad tech
  - Excellent communication and presentation skills
  - Strong initiative and self-motivation in a customer-service oriented environment
  - Ability to effectively lead and collaborate across functions
