  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Define product vision, strategy, and development of a suite of ads data products
  - Manage product roadmaps and maintain a backlog focused on high-impact work for stakeholders
  - Collaborate with engineering, analytics, insights, and media teams to align data strategies
  - Oversee data transformation processes to ensure accurate reporting and data quality
  - Develop strategies to offer data as a service to stakeholders, ensuring scalable access to data sets
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 7+ years of experience in programmatic media and self-service DSPs
  - 5+ years of experience in product strategy or project management
  - 5+ years of experience in conducting data analysis
  - 3+ years of experience managing a team
  - Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience (HS Diploma + 4 years)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Deep understanding of programmatic media
  - Proven experience with self-service platforms, ad tech, and programmatic integrations
  - Excellent communication and presentation skills
  - Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team
  - Strong initiative and self-motivation in a customer-service oriented environment
