- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute product strategy for the differential pressure portfolio, including market segmentation, competitive positioning, lifecycle planning, and growth prioritization.
- New Product Development: Drive development of new manufactured and resale products. Identify and justify new product opportunities based on voice of customer, technology trends, and competitive gaps.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage resale vendors in alignment with DwyerOmega standards. Negotiate terms including pricing, T&Cs, agency approvals, warranties, and minimum order quantities.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to align product execution with business goals.
- Sales & Channel Enablement: Develop internal and external sales collateral, training tools, and presentations. Represent the product line at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events.
- Pricing & Profitability: Conduct pricing and margin analysis, establish competitive pricing strategies, and drive cost reduction initiatives across manufactured products.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to build awareness and demand through campaigns, digital content, brochures, and product launches.
- Lifecycle & Obsolescence Management: Implement product transitions and phase-out plans that ensure business continuity, customer communication, and inventory optimization.
- Customer Specials & Modifications: Evaluate and manage customer-specific product modifications and special designs in collaboration with Sales and Engineering.
- Forecasting & Inventory: Collaborate with Procurement on sales forecasting, lead time improvement, stocking strategies, and supply continuity planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required; MBA or technical Master’s preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in industrial sensing, instrumentation, or electromechanical products
- Strong knowledge of pressure products and applications highly preferred
- Experience managing both resale and manufactured product lines
- Proficient in pricing analysis, competitive research, and business case development
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Salesforce, PIM platforms, and forecasting tools\
- Comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
