Synthesize customer feedback into product development insights and address unmet customer needs.
Collaborate with our B usiness Promotion team to understand and address customer pain points.
Develop a product roadmap for long-term complex solutions that surpasses customer needs.
Collaborate with Privacy and Security team to understand and align with their compliance requirements .
Acts as a liaison between the Group Company representative s and the DX group , communicating appropriately and effectively with co-workers, clients , and supervisors, maintaining awareness of project status and any potential delay, situation, or concern that may affect the outcome of the projects.
Collaborate with teams of architects and engineers to deliver solutions aligned with product strategy.
Determine impact of customer scenarios, issues, and use of platform to drive innovative business use cases across Sony Group companies .
Conducts regular status meetings with team & partners, continuously keeping customers' needs and requirements in view.
Proactively communicates program status, issues, and risks to executive leadership.
Mentors junior team members regarding all aspects of the program lifecycle and provide mentorship to our engineering teams on roadmap capability, prioritization and deliverables.
Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years' experience in product/service/project/program management or business analyst , or of equivalence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledgeable in both Agile and Waterfall framework
Experience working directly with tech teams to translate business requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 10+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development , or of equivalence
Experience with applying data science and machine learning concepts to businesses and daily operations OR risk detection engineering.
Demonstrate a track record of consistent and measurable delivery of large cross-functional and high-profile initiatives.
Experience in synthesizing complex or diverse project data and information.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Sony Corporation of America (SCA), is seeking a S enior Product Manager to join the Digital Transformation (DX) group based in Culver City CA.
Digital Transformation Office, under Sony Corporation, drives delivery of highly impactful program solutions worldwide, across different Sony Group of Companies. We are looking for a highly qualified candidate to focus on digital transformation initiatives across various business groups of SONY.
Our Business Innovation Product Management team builds the global data exchange platform across Sony Group Companies , which seamlessly integrate s our first-party data of different sources to leverage the power of advanced data analytics for strategic decision-making , machine learning scenarios like forecasting and classification at scale and many types of data for utilization .
Furthermore, the platform enable s new innovative businesses as well as accelerati on of the digital transformation of each respective Sony Group Companies .
In this role, you will imagine, define, and drive delivery of features, services or tools that help improve our platform and experiences across users of the Sony Group C ompan ies such as data analysts , data scientist s , and other users utilizing data for business as usual . You will collaborate with engineering and other interdisciplinary teams to define and deliver modern, standards-based solutions with user friendly experiences. You will work closely with variety of members from Sony Group Companies to deeply understand their needs and use insights to prioritize and design features for the broader data exchange platform .
This position is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site in the Culver City Office.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $150,000 to 160,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
