- Working with card schemes and internal partners (platform team, account managers etc) in order to set up and streamline Booking’s self issuing journey;
- Defining requirements for third party vendors that will help on the virtual card self issuing process;
- Create a compelling vision that explains how the future will look like for partners using Payments by Booking. Collaborate with other product leaders on articulating the product strategy based on customer and market insights;
- Closely working with partnership teams to help build business cases based on the card offerings we can provide;
- Work closely with engineering, data science and product design teams to define and ship products that solve problems for our partners and for Booking.com;
- Define the KPIs for the product, and be the ultimate responsible for its success.
- A track record for shipping large-scale, successful software products;
- Ability to communicate optimally across all levels of the organization;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques;
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and a basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built.
- Experience working with virtual credit cards;
- Experience working with Mastercard or Visa for issuing credit cards;
- Experience building products from the ground up and launching them successfully;
- Experience in technical product management with many cross functional teams;
- Payments and/or FinTech experience.
