Define and guide the product vision, strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for fraud detection and mitigation across digital and in-store channels.
Collaborate with internal data science and analytics teams to analyze fraud trends and develop predictive models and rules-based systems.
Evaluate and integrate third-party fraud prevention solutions, ensuring understanding of Levi's security, compliance, and customer experience standards.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on risk exposure, business growth, and customer experience.
Partner with engineering, operations, global security, and customer support teams to implement and scale fraud prevention capabilities.
Monitor fraud, abuse, and loss prevention KPIs and improve detection and response strategies.
Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to many business units and leadership.
Stay informed on industry trends, latest threats, and evolving fraud tactics to adapt Levi's fraud strategy.
8+ years of product management experience - subject matter expertise in fraud prevention, risk management, or cybersecurity
Expertise with fraud detection tools, machine learning models, and third-party vendors.
Data fuels your decision-making and strategic point of view
Led cross-functional teams; articulate trade-offs with your partners and making decisions that provide the most impact
Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel environments is ideal

Join the Levi's Digital and Technology organization as a Senior Product Manager focused on Fraud, Abuse, and Loss Prevention. You will lead the development and execution of fraud management and mitigation capabilities across our global digital and store ecosystems. You'll work with internal data scientists, engineering teams, and third-party solution providers to assess risk, identify vulnerabilities, and implement scalable solutions that protect our customers and business. You'll also partner closely with the Global Security organization and local business leaders to improve how these solutions can support our cluster operations.
We are looking for strategic product manager who is excited to bring subject matter expertise in fraud and abuse prevention technologies to tech and business teams at Levi's. You will report to the Director of Product and help shape Levi's fraud prevention roadmap.

About You
This position may be based remote in the US or hybrid in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. If you are local to the SF Bay Area, you are expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $119,800-$177,200 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
