What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide product strategy and plans for user retention through recommendation and machine learning products
- Monitor product KPIs and collaborate with data scientists to analyze business metrics
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including feature prioritization and A/B testing
- Develop new features for consumer-facing applications designed to scale for millions of users
- Communicate effectively during design and architectural sessions to create scalable technology products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Proficiency in product management, including collaboration with design, analytics, and development teams
- Experience with consumer-facing features on iOS and Android platforms for a global tech company
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Proven experience in conducting A/B tests and managing large-scale consumer-facing products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of experience in product management
- Experience innovating on in-house built machine learning models for consumer-facing products
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Miro
- Previous work on ads revenue and growth products in a mobile-first B2C environment
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and network effects
