      This position is in Richmond, VA, and offers a schedule of Monday to Thursday in office and work from home on Friday.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Drive Success: Lead development of the Homes.com content strategy, catering to unmet needs and alignment with SEO objectives.
      • Problem-Solving: Craft clear, actionable problem statements and utilize your expertise in iterative software delivery to prioritize and groom minimal viable products (MVPs).
      • Customer-Centric Roadmap: Leverage customer insights to shape the product roadmap for content initiatives, focusing on UX/UI patterns and the associated backend architectural implications.
      • Product Ownership: Take ownership of the near-term product roadmap, effectively prioritizing features to achieve key business outcomes while identifying leverage points within complex problems.
      • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data-driven decision-making to define success metrics and measurable outcomes, balancing risk assessment with innovative approaches to enhance product delivery.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tech partners and Design teams to share the business strategy and roadmap, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring a cohesive approach to product development.
      • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams, maintaining transparency on risks and impediments while building strong cross-functional relationships.
      • Team Development: Contribute to a positive team culture by leading recruitment efforts and mentoring junior product associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.
      • 3+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track
      • Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs.
      • Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process.
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
      • Experience creating wireframes & mock-ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas.
      • A proven track record with prior employers.


      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

      • 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions.
      • 5+ years of experience managing the development of digital content products that support Marketing initiatives, including email marketing tools and event marketing management.
      • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools, as well as CRM systems, to track performance metrics and inform product decisions.
