- Conduct in-depth market research to identify key target markets and student segments domestic and abroad.
- Develop and manage comprehensive recruitment plans for specific populations, countries, and regions.
- Partner with marketing to create, deploy, manage, and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various platforms to raise awareness and engagement in specific target markets.
- Own, oversee, and coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of recruitment network partners and channels including companies, agencies, representatives, etc. around the world.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including education agencies, media partners, EdTech companies, tribal organizations, local workforce groups, and alumni networks, among other channels, to expand our reach. Comfort engaging new vendors and generating mutually beneficial business partnerships with organizations from around the world is required.
- Critical that the candidate can build business cases, present recommendations, and secure funding from internal executives to implement services and investments in strategic populations.
- Oversee recruitment partner network and manage a data-driven optimization process in direct and active partnership with Admissions and agents/sources.
- Design and optimize online application, admission, and enrollment processes for international and strategic population students as well as provide product guidance to academic and operational teams when necessary to improve program fit and policies for strategic prospective learners.
- Work with Experience and Campus Operations teams to ensure that the international learner experience within DVU campus locations and markets is optimized and supportive across multiple potential needs and services.
- Analyze data and track key metrics to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent the university at international education fairs, conferences, and other relevant engagement events.
- Stay informed about latest trends and best practices in international and strategic student recruitment.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, international relations, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in international student recruitment, business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive growth, especially internationally or through strategically-targeted populations for a US-based company or institution; A solid partnership network around the planet is critical to jumpstarting growth for DVU international recruiting.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and analytics across digital and traditional media types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to develop, model, pitch, and secure funding for learner-focused investments in collaboration with Executive leaders across the institution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Hindi, Mandarin, Spanish, etc.) preferred, but not required.
- Cultural competency and familiar understanding of various educational systems, marketing platforms, agent networks, and recruitment channels around the world.

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Senior Product Manager, Strategic Populations to join our growing Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving the implementation of innovative strategies to attract and recruit international students to our undergraduate and graduate programs both on-site in the United States at various campus locations throughout the country, as well as expanding our market foothold with online students studying online from beyond the US borders. While primarily focused on international strategy responsibilities, the role will also play a crucial role in the identification and engagement of populations across the United States that can be strategically targeted with career-enabling education solutions.
You will play a key role in expanding our reach across the nation and the globe, diversifying our student body, and standing up world-class marketing and operational initiatives to solidify our ability to scale this effort.
This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.Responsibilities:
