Customer first approach and experience in product management

JOB TITLE: Senior Product Manager - Loans, Consumer Lending
LOCATION: Chester, Manchester or London
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site
About this opportunity
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead a team of 4 or 5 Product Managers to effectively manage the Unsecured Personal Loans portfolio of 1.3m customers.
The role includes active risk management and implementing changes to improve our control environment and ensuring we are monitoring and delivering the right outcomes for customers.
You will lead the decisions on treatments for customers in financial difficulty and when we don’t get it right for customers first time.
There’s also lots of opportunity for thought leadership to contribute to and influence our product strategy and future operating model.
