What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute the product’s value proposition and strategy in alignment with the company’s roadmap
- Represent the product in governance meetings and communicate priorities across all levels of the organization
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is frequently updated and prioritized based on stakeholder input
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on product vision and strategic road mapping
- Identify opportunities for asset improvement and cross-product value creation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of product experience
- At least 5 years of experience with the software lifecycle
- 3 years of advanced domain experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen, communication, and conflict management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience with agile processes
