What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical products
- At least 1 year of experience working with generative AI and familiarity with relevant metrics for NLP
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and implementing auto-evaluation frameworks for generative AI models
- Familiarity with Large Language Model architecture and operation
- Comfort with intermediate programming, specifically in Python
- Demonstrable leadership experience and ability to influence stakeholders
