What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all phases of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and optimization
- Prioritize and oversee multiple projects while aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to scope, define MVPs, and document requirements
- Facilitate agile product ceremonies and drive cross-functional alignment across departments
- Conduct product market research and analyze user insights to identify product opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with direct-to-consumer (D2C) products
- Strong leadership abilities with experience influencing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote work environment
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with agile product development tools such as Jira, Figma, and others
