What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the vision, direction, and priorities for the product area, managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
- Develop product capabilities by creating and executing a roadmap in collaboration with development, UX, and other partners
- Take ownership of product performance and reliability to ensure a positive client experience
- Stay updated on AI and technology developments to inspire teams and share insights on applications in the legal sector
- Communicate customer needs clearly to cross-functional teams, translating them into actionable priorities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience
- Strong technical background, with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience developing and delivering solutions that employ AI, ML, Gen AI, and related technologies
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, customers, and partners
- Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- JD degree or strong legal background and understanding of legal use cases
- Experience with prompt engineering and strategies for developing AI-driven features
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver solutions against strict timelines
- Previous experience in cross-functional collaboration in product development
- Passion for innovative problem-solving focused on customer needs
