      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the OnePACS solution.
      - Collect and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases.
      - Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
      - Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
      - Define success metrics and analyze product performance data for continuous improvement.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      - Minimum of five years of progressive product management experience in healthcare technology or clinical imaging solutions.
      - At least three years of experience managing PACS, RIS, or similar imaging informatics solutions.
      - Proven track record of leading product initiatives from concept through successful launch in healthcare settings.
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical usage data and translate it into actionable product strategies.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree (MBA, Healthcare Informatics, or similar).
      - Experience working directly with clinical stakeholders and translating clinical needs into technical requirements.
      - Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and their applications in healthcare IT systems.
