What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the product development process from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with project plans
- Own and communicate product roadmaps, collaborating with various teams for prioritization and market positioning
- Develop go-to-market strategies for existing and new products, including pricing models and value propositions
- Conduct market research and summarize findings to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define product goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with established methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager in Banking and/or Financial Services
- Relevant experience in similar business product services and external customer/market engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship

- 6 years of Product Management experience specifically within the Fintech industry
