What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent educ/experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience, focusing on data management, analytics, product design, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, and Power BI

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations
