      Job Description

      As the Senior Product manager for the Ruminant Monitoring product portfolio, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Livestock Monitoring Ecosystem and Identification Portfolio in the GB Ruminant market. This role will have a strong focus on driving adoption of monitoring solutions and ensuring continued adoption of our evolving portfolio to maximize use on farms across GB.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and execute portfolio strategy and roadmap for the ruminant monitoring portfolio to enable achievement of business goals. Alongside this you will need to manage the monitoring promotional budget with a strong focus on leveraging P&L while utilizing the full omnichannel communications mix to engage customers in the benefits of our monitoring solution
      • Customer Experience: You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience by implementing and optimising strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This involves developing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, gathering feedback to continuously improve our products and services, and championing a customer-centric culture across the organisation to ensure that customer needs are consistently met and exceeded
      • Reporting: Aligned to business objective, analyse product performance, market trend and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and report on progress towards goals up and down stream within the business
      • Product Launches: You will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of monitoring product launches/key solution updates, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts for a compelling market entry
      • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Foster close collaboration with sales, customer success, after sales and above-market teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives
      • Forecasting: You will be instrumental in developing accurate sales forecasts and linking in with our supply chain colleagues to ensure efficient supply of product to achieve financial business goals

      Qualifications/Experience

      • Significant marketing/product management role (ruminant industry experience preferred)
      • Agriculture, life sciences or business degree
      • Demonstrated experience and competence marketing disciplines
      • Ability to influence in a matrix organisation across differing business, cultural and regulatory environments
      • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work under pressure and as a change agent within the company.
      • Proven track record in adherence to Company compliance policies and procedures
      • Unquestionable ethics and integrity
      • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

      Additional information:

      Company car or allowance provided.

      Availability to travel on customer sites – up to 20%.
