Job Description

- Define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities for our Data Platform and integration framework.
- Partner closely with engineering to design and implement scalable, secure, and reusable components for ingesting, transforming, and exposing data.
- Own requirements and user stories for key data platform features, ensuring alignment with broader platform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal application teams to support ingestion from and delivery to various systems using APIs and data integration tools.
- Leverage modern data stack tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kafka, dbt, GraphQL) to inform product design and delivery.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to platform adoption, performance, and data reliability.
- Work across teams to ensure effective data governance, lineage, access control, and observability are built into platform components.
- Communicate roadmap, progress, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with evolving data technologies and B2B data integration patterns, influencing platform architecture and direction.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on data platforms, APIs, or developer tools.
- Strong understanding of modern data stack technologies and concepts (Airflow, Kafka, dbt, GraphQL, Snowflake, etc.).
- Experience with enterprise-scale data integration and platform patterns in B2B software environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, architects, and product peers.
- Technical literacy in data architecture, pipelines, and APIs; able to translate between business and technical teams.
- Experience managing platform products in a cloud-native environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping platform features that enable other teams to move faster and more reliably.
- Familiarity with identity and access management, data governance, or regulatory data requirements.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or other data-intensive, regulated domains.
- Hands-on background in engineering or data roles before transitioning to product management.
