      What you'll do...

      Position: Senior Product Manager

      Job Location: 860 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086

      Duties: Own the last mile delivery routing optimization engines. Work with data science partners to define and implement requirements, run product A/B tests, create best-in-class delivery routing optimization software, and run simulations that influence the Walmart delivery business. Define the vision and strategy for routing products within Walmart. Influence operations for all transportation and business stakeholders and prioritize feature development in collaboration with these stakeholders. Present and gain buy-ins from executive leadership. Build Machine Learning models to identify the impact of traffic, weather patterns, and other variables in Walmart's driver experiences and ensure that tat promised delivery targets of Walmart Customers are met. Derive insights from different customer and production data sets to generate product ideas. Train and support users on new product features. Manage close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer and user comments and needs. Define, track, and improve key product metrics. Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in the last mile delivery industry and identify new opportunities. Conduct periodic benchmarking against key competitors and academic problem sets. Work very closely with Walmart's delivery marketplace to evangelize delivery services and identify new business opportunities. Lead the conversion of Walmart's routing software into a Software as a Service (SaaS) Model that can be sold to large enterprise clients. This position does not supervise employees.

      Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.

      Skills required: Experience defining product strategy, product requirements, and feature roadmaps for SaaS products. Experience driving the prioritization and execution of product features, capabilities, and roadmaps. Experience conducting market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and new product ideas. Experience documenting and presenting business proposals to internal and external stakeholders outlining customer needs, business opportunity, resource ask, and ROI. Experience analyzing large datasets using SQL and deriving insights using statistical methods. Experience defining, tracking, maintaining, analyzing, and improving key performance metrics. Experience developing dashboards using Microsoft (MS) Excel and Tableau to track product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Experience developing and leveraging simulation models using Python and leveraging the findings to identify new product opportunities that reduce cost and enable business growth. Experience with solution and product development using data analytics and machine learning concepts, including multiple linear regression, logistic regression, and decision tree algorithms. Experience applying change management concepts, including communication, training, adoption measurement, and gap remediation. Experience designing and testing system integrations with internal or external software products, including Data Contracts and API specifications. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

      Salary Range: $158,746/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
