- Gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and experience, analyze data, research and obtain market information, and assess competition in order to identify and fill product opportunities and gaps, and innovate and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and externally.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes and product plans.
- Appraise new product ideas and product packaging and pricing adjustments.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with the engineering teams to deliver quality and valuable products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Drive product launches including working with other product management team members, marketing, sales and management.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
- Analyze and report the product performance.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
- Proven work experience of at least 4 years in product management.
- Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its entire lifecycle.
- Background in SaaS products with rich web applications.
- Some experience with MarTech and Marketing Analytics.
- Background and solid knowledge in Ad Ops and Performance Marketing - an advantage.
- Knowledge in ad fraud and marketing fraud.
- Experienced working in fast growing startup / scaleup companies.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a dynamic organization.
- Technical background with solid understanding in software development.
- Creative with strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Team player, experienced in guiding and directing development teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for a Director of Product , preferably with a background in Ad Ops or Performance Marketing, who is passionate about building Security Products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and release SaaS products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
