- Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering to develop technical solutions
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and team alignment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading planning and user story creation in Scrum/Agile environments
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Looker or SQL for product decision support
- Previous work with UX/design on mockups, prototypes, and user flows
- Experience in improving internal tools or platforms
