      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build empathetic conversational AI products utilizing the power of LLMs
      - Visualize high-level user flows to identify dependencies across various teams
      - Define messaging and positioning of AI in collaboration with Product Marketing
      - Conduct user research to inform product roadmap and decision-making
      - Collaborate with industry peers to create a holistic multi-agent experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in product management, specifically in SaaS or B2B environments
      - Experience in building conversational AI experiences is essential
      - Strong stakeholder management skills, including leadership and external partner engagement
      - Good understanding of UX principles and user behavior metrics
      - Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating product strategy to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building AI agents that execute on behalf of users
      - Background in HRTech is a significant advantage
      - Ability to navigate complex projects across multiple teams
      - Strong empathy and active listening skills
      - Fluent in English
