  Responsibilities
  • Define the strategic direction of AC-DC ICs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Drive product introduction at lead customers, build relationships, and define strategies to grow accounts
  • Collaborate with applications and sales teams to develop collateral that clearly explains our portfolio's features and benefits
  • Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, focusing on value pricing and gross margin management
  • Oversee large-scale customer projects
  • Visit customers to gather market and competitive intelligence
  • Analyze market development, technical trends, and the competitive environment
  • Facilitate communication between R&D and Marketing regarding technical and commercial questions
  • Create and update presentation materials covering all product aspects
  • Manage forecast planning and reporting
  Competencies
  • Strong market knowledge of AC-DC switching converter ICs
  • Knowledge of various switching topologies (e.g., Flyback, Resonant) is essential
  • Ability to evangelize internally and externally with an entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude
  • Frequent travel to domestic and international customers and trade-shows
  • Ability to analyze complex scenarios and craft business-oriented value propositions
  • Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to interact effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Physics, with interest and experience in business
  • 10+ years' product marketing experience in AC-DC ICs
  Power Integrations is committed to building innovative teams and considers various factors when determining compensation. The annual base pay range for this role is $183,365 to $210,000.
  Our salary ranges are role, level, qualifications, and location-dependent. The posted range reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for new hires in California. Actual pay is influenced by skills, experience, and education.
