      Function: Global E-business within the Global Commerce department

      Location: Amsterdam, Hybrid

      Fulltime: 40 hours a week

      What will you do as a Senior Product Owner?

      You will be responsible for driving the growth of one of Heineken’s largest global B2B Commerce platforms. A truly global product, you will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, experimentation, and business facing stakeholders, as well as customers, to build out business cases & roadmaps that deliver value to Heineken. This role will be high impact & high visibility as it will have ownership over a critical product to the current & future vision of the organization.

      Your roles & responsibilities:

      • Responsible for delivering maximal value & alignment with portfolio/corporate strategy, owns the product roadmap, value proposition, product vision and tenets.
      • Owns the user experience and works in collaboration with the business or end user to establish requirements in the form of User Stories.
      • Identifies & defines functional, regional, legal, compliance and other business requirement
      • Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle and related value measurement including product/feature KPI definition
      • Evaluates customer pain points/opportunities as input to the backlog or longer term product vision/roadmap, experimentation of new features/products, tracking & reporting on product feature performance, and ongoing product/feature optimization based on value and business needed
      • Communicates expectations to the Product Teams, other Tribes and Business stakeholders around roadmaps, business impacts, and emerging user needs

      Who we’re looking for:
      We are looking for an ambitious professional who has demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders (Agile leadership through facilitating leadership). Someone who has experience with customer-focused technology and experience with agile methodologies & Scrum. And further you will have:

      • A Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business or engineering
      • Ideally, you have around 7+ years of working experience with 5+ years of experience in product management in digital
      • A have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills & a history of structured thinking
      • Experience in digital commerce
      • Strong stakeholder management skills: you are able to ensure alignment across stakeholders/business on value delivery and opportunity
