      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and execute the data and analytics roadmap in alignment with company priorities
      - Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to design scalable data models and pipelines
      - Manage the lifecycle of data products from ingestion to insight delivery
      - Serve as the Product Owner for the data platform, managing backlogs and defining user stories
      - Ensure consistency and governance in enterprise reporting, maintaining a single source of truth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Overall 15+ years of experience in relevant fields
      - Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise data or analytics
      - Proven experience in defining data products and collaborating with data engineers and analysts
      - Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in data product management, analytics engineering, or enterprise data strategy
      - Experience with modern data stacks such as Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau
      - Strong skills in translating business needs into data requirements and technical solutions
      - Familiarity with data governance and master data management practices
      - A passion for enhancing data accessibility and actionability across teams
