- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related experience
- Minimum of seven years of experience with at least 3 years in product management or as a Product Owner within an Agile environment
- Proven experience managing Salesforce projects, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, features, and best practices
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Data Architect and Management Designer, Manufacturing Cloud Accreditation)
- A broad technical understanding of a wide range of platforms and technologies.
- Experience working in a global virtual team environment, driving, and maintaining the consistent adoption of centrally governed standards for service delivery.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive Discovery and Delivery Roadmap that clearly outlines timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Define and communicate the vision and strategic objectives for the Salesforce platform
- Align detailed features, functions, and user stories with the overall business strategy
- Prioritize product enhancements and new features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs
- Serve as the final decision-maker on Salesforce product initiatives, ensuring that decisions are respected and upheld across the organization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Success, and external partners—to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and customers to collect feedback and refine product features
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features in alignment with the roadmap
- Track product performance and make data-driven adjustments to the roadmap and strategy as needed
- Stay updated on Salesforce trends, best practices, and new features to continuously enhance the platform’s capabilities
- Act as a product evangelist, clearly articulating the value and benefits of the Salesforce platform both internally and externally
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes
- Full time, permanent
- Hybrid working model on-site up to 3 days/week
- Must live within a commutable distance to one of our US office locations: Ann Arbor, MI, Overland Park, KS or Philadelphia, PA
- Working core business hours to support local time zones with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Salesforce Product Owner for Service to lead our Salesforce platform initiatives. This role is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering a clear and actionable product roadmap that aligns with our business strategy and meets the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with a proven ability to drive product strategy and manage Agile development processes.
