- Develop and maintain a financial life cycle framework that informs product development and personalization strategies.
- Create and refine customer journey maps to visualize end-to-end experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, marketing, and data teams to align product features with customer goals.
- Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and financial outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark financial planning tools and services.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear storytelling and data visualization.
- Commercial Insurance Experience is must.

Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, UX, research) to deliver impactful products.
Own product vision, strategy, and execution for platforms.
Launch and scale ML-powered tools, and systems.
Conduct customer interviews to inform roadmaps and drive product-market fit.
Deliver product demos, webinars, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Core skills needed –
Property Casualty Insurance is must to have.
Commercial insurance is good to have
10+ years in product/program management with B2C/B2B focus.
Expertise in ML, analytics, and data-driven product development.
Proven success in fintech, insurance, and communications.
Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies."
