- Act as a SME for all aspects of the product, leading and training internal stakeholders and regional partners on how the products works and why.
- Analyze new product enhancement initiatives and define the product requirements.
- Articulate and quantify market problems and defines opportunities leveraging our inherent capabilities and competence.
- Interfaces with associates to ensure quality during problem resolution and retesting solutions.
- Identifies dependencies across multiple applications and systems to ensure consistency with data flow and to minimize cross-functional impact.
- Responds to business inquiries and generates reports to support requirements throughout product life-cycle.
- Collaborates with Applications Development resources and external support units (e.g., Help Desk, etc.) to ensure successful implementation.
- Conducts use case and scenarios to verify expected results for the application prior to production implementation.
- Executes UAT to provide test files for applications and customers.
- Provides day-to-day production support of applications (e.g., logs, researches and troubleshoots issues, etc.) for internal and/or external customers and vendors to ensure timely problem resolution.
- Provides 1st and 2nd level support and collaborates with 3rd level support to troubleshoot issues and to increase customer satisfaction.
- Identifies, documents, and communicates production support issues (e.g., system outages, significant events impacting fulfillment of special requests, etc.) to convey changes for project schedules and status.
- Investigates end user inquiries to understand and identify potential application problems.
- Maintains and updates information databases to ensure accurate and current data.
- Generates standard and ad hoc reports to address inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in education and work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Agile(SAfE) methodologies, SQL
- Familiar with API, BigQuery
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
