What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by supporting laboratory goals
- Provide technical information and product recommendations to sales representatives and customers
- Prospect new customers while expanding the existing customer portfolio
- Execute the sales cycle effectively to drive results and lead customers to action
- Develop and implement sales strategies using Salesforce and other CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of healthcare sales, medical device, or capital equipment sales experience, preferably in Clinical Diagnostics
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the sciences; M.S. preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in presenting complex information both verbally and in writing
- Proven track record of sales performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with New Product Introduction in clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and microbiology markets
- Strong decision-making skills using available resources to meet customer needs
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools for effective strategy management
