      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver exceptional customer support to help partners achieve their laboratory goals
      - Provide technical information and support to sales representatives regarding diagnostics products
      - Prospect for new customers and expand existing customer relationships
      - Execute sales strategies and manage the sales cycle using CRM tools
      - Continuously enhance knowledge of clinical diagnostics trends and competitor offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, medical device, or capital equipment sales
      - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the sciences; M.S. preferred
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
      - Proven ability to present complex information effectively
      - Willingness to travel 50% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in clinical diagnostics sales
      - Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
      - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
